Yes it is! About 1 year ago I was earning 250 – 400$ every month from Neobux and some smaller ptc sites. But I gave my business away. You ask why? Don’t ask, don’t tell. These sites offers you to click on the ads every day, which someone pays them to point traffic to, by getting some amount of money for that. Mostly it is $0.008 to $0.01 per watching this site for about 30 seconds or less. It is not too much I must agree with you, but here comes the strategies in handy. If site offers 4 ads every day paying you 0.01$ for every click, it means you can earn 4 x $0.01 = $0.04 every day. In monthly earnings it comes to 30 x $0.04 = $1.20. But how to get more? You have to increase your downline by inviting people to this network, which will be in your referrall tree or purchase them in PTC sites network, and for that you will get some money for their clicks. It looks like this. With standart account(no upgrades) you will mostly get about $0.005 per every click your downline has made that day. For example, lets say you have 100 people in your downline, if they all cliick 4 ads a day/every day you get 4 x $0.005 x 100 = $0.02 x 100 = $2 every day, which comes to $60 every month. But that is just by being a Standart member. To get money for your referrals cliks you have to be active every day. To get money for your downline clicks today, you have to have your clicks credited yesterday, to get money for tomorrows referral clicks you have to have your clicks credited today and so on. You can also buy referrals, as I metioned, but this works the best If you have purchased some of paid account types like Gold and so on, there will be more about this in next posts.
How to know in which PTC sites to register and work in?
You have to register only in the PTC sites which are hold as the best ones. How to know which ones are the best ones? Let us do the testing, just check into trusted PTC sites list where you will have a whole list to start earning in. If you already have registered in them and have found some in the internet by yourselves, what then? Look into scam PTC sites list and check if the site you have found is found in this list, if it is – it is scam and will pay you nothing. Overall to know by the first looks if site is scam or not, you have to look whether this site has its own forum, where have to be this sites users payment proofs. If there is none after site being online for about 3 months – it is a scam. Second you can google ‘’site name’’ + scam which will bring up results about whether there are some people who says that it is scam or some discussion/-s about it. It is good, not the greatest way, but good way to get extra something
after you manage to strategize, you can earn even more. I know one man personally who has made $20’000 with only neobux in 2 years 
and he keeps earning
